"I would not know. Fed Ex delivered on top of mailbox while I was home, and package was taken immediately! I called Fed Ex in which they told me to call Quicksilver. I called and emailed. Fast forward a week. . . I have called and spoken with three Quicksilver employees telling me they'll "escalate" my case and refund me after shipping manager approves. I have emailed six times with zero response. Called again today and was told same thing. Even though it is peak season and I know it is crazy with shipments and orders, this is unacceptable at this point. I am ready to dispute with my credit card. Quicksilver chooses to use Fed Ex as their carrier, and they always leave packages in my driveway or mailbox! UPS and shockingly USPS never do this!! Horrible customer service from both Fed Ex and Quicksilver. Do better! These were Christmas gifts and now I have had to go purchase other items and I have not yet received any word from your company on a refund. Shirt maybe fantastic, but my son will never know I guess. . . ."
