"Package was lost in transit. Quiksilver charged me in full and is waiting a full month to research the lost package before returning my money. Ironic they ask how I like the pants that never arrived to me via email. when the only customer service experience I’ve had from them is AI Chat bots telling me they’re sorry my package never arrived and they’ll escalate for a human to investigate for me. Seriously, worst customer service ever. The package has been in transit for 3 weeks and yet to hear from a human. Waiting 30 days and will do a charge back."
