Winter is here and that means it’s time for kids to stock up on new snowboard jackets from Quiksilver. At Quiksilver, we love to snowboard and we love to design quality gear that allows everyone to enjoy the sport as much as we do. We are insistent on our boys snowboard jackets being the best kids snowboard jackets on the market, which is why we make sure to implement the latest weather-proofing technologies and water resistant fabrics into each of our snowboard jacket designs. When it comes to youth snowboard jackets, quality and comfortable are the name of the game and we exhaust all of our resources to make sure that each snowboard jacket in our boys snowboard jacket collection meets that criteria. A snowboard jacket is a critical part of every kid’s snowboarding experience and our designs ensure that their experiences will always be enjoyable.
We want our snowboard jackets to be the best snow jackets for kids which is why each of the boys snowboard jackets we design meets the highest standards for water resistance, breathability, and warmth. We believe these features are of the utmost importance when it comes to snowboard jackets, and we always aim to provide the warmest kids snowboard jackets we can each season. Just like adult snowboard jackets, youth snowboard jackets are designed in a variety of weather protectant levels so that kids can be properly outfitted for the types of conditions they plan to ride in. Weather fluctuates and snowboarding jackets should be able to accommodate varying weather patterns so that kids stay comfortable no matter what mother nature has up her sleeve. Each level of weather resistance represents the snow jacket’s ability to protect against certain levels of weather. A 5k jacket is a jacket kids can wear for very light winter days, but it is most likely not strong enough protection for a day the mountain. A 10k or 15k snowboard jacket is designed to provide high level protection for kids snowboarding in dry, powdery conditions. Boys snowboard jackets at this protection level allow kids to stay warm and dry all day as long as the weather doesn’t start to get too wet or heavy. For kids who are planning to snowboard in wet and heavy snow conditions, we recommend a 20k snowboard jacket or a Gore-Tex jacket for ultimate all-day comfort and protection against the elements. Gore-Tex is a lightweight material that is more or less waterproof, so any kids snowboard jacket that features Gore-tex is typically worth the extra investment.
Even though weather resistant capabilities are high on our priority list, that doesn’t mean we overlook the importance of physical design. Our boys snowboard jackets are designed in a variety of colors and patterns so that each kid feels unique and cool on the mountain. Our snowboard jackets come in colors ranging from orange snowboard jackets, green snowboard jackets, black snowboard jackets, and white snowboard jackets. For kids who rock a slightly louder style, we also offer a variety of patterned kids snowboard jackets including our kids snow camo jacket to keep them looking cool. Whatever kids like, Quiksilver has snowboard jackets to accommodate their style.
Quiksilver boys snowboard jackets are designed with a wealth of functional features. For kids who have issues with their pants falling down or jacket riding up, choosing to take advantage of our jacket to pants attachment system will make life on the mountain a lot more comfortable. We’ve designed a goggle pocket into most of our kids snowboard jackets so that kids can keep extra goggles for days when they think light conditions might change. Another great feature our snowboard jackets offer is a lift pass pocket. Kids can fly though the line and onto the chairlift without ever having to worry about touching their lift pass. Along with all of these unique features, our kids snowboard jackets are equipped with a number of internal pockets that kids can keep essentials with them on the mountain.
