Online Return Policy

You may return all unused product(s), purchased directly through our online store, via mail for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Return(s) must be accompanied by original packing slip with the original tags attached.


  • Returns after 30 days: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.


E-Commerce return via mail: You may return product(s) purchased from a Company Official E-Commerce site, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original packing receipt, via mail. Return(s) must be in their original condition with the tags still attached. Customer will receive a refund to the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.


We do not offer free returns via mail; all return shipping costs must be prepaid. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.


Please note: All online PayPal transactions, may only be returned via mail.


Here’s how to submit your return via mail:


  • Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt and return it with your items
  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • For all returns within the U.S., please select a carrier of your choice and send to the following address

Mail returns typically take 10-12 business days to process (from the time they are delivered to our warehouse).


Please note: At this time, we do not have an online exchange program in place. If you wish to exchange your product(s), you will need to return the undesired product(s) and place a new order for your replacements.
