I also have a 3/2 Quiksilver Ignite (made in 2012). It seems to weigh less (haven't put it on a scale) and a bit stretchier; the Cypher comes across as warmer and still very stretchy, pretty nice to get in and out of, certainly a higher-end suit. It's become a favorite for me. The Ignite is XLS, my correct size. The Cypher, XL, fits about as well. The Cypher's neck zipper (bright yellow) is easy to open and close thanks to the way it's configured. It's easier to start closing a zipper when the slider is already connected to both sets of teeth, so you don't have to connect the end of one set of teeth to the slider. I've done lap swimming/bodysurfing at the local beach in 64º water, which seems a bit more demanding, in terms of heat loss, than being on a board. The Cypher's warm, once I'm warmed up, after about 10 minutes. I've become cold sensitive, so probably anyone else would be comfortable. I'd rather have some color other than maroon-red and blue (black would be fine, or black with maroon or blue).
