Return Policy (Limited)

Policy covers Coastal Oasis II sandals purchased in the US or CANADA.

 

Our Coastal Oasis II sandals are designed to be the most comfortable kicks on the planet. If you are not fully satisfied with them, send them back to Quiksilver within 30 days of original purchase for a Quiksilver gift card or Quiksilver online code in the amount of the purchase price.

 

Quiksilver will accept return of the Coastal Oasis II sandals for any reason, no questions asked, if the return is postdated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund will be in the form of: (1) a Quiksilver gift card; or (2) Quiksilver online code (redeemable at Quiksilver stores or online at quiksilver.com. No cash refunds or product replacement permitted.

 

Return Policy Limitations:

 

  • All returns under this policy must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase and accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
  • All returns must include a Return Authorization issued by Quiksilver.

 

How to Process Your Return:

 

1- E-mail the Quiksilver Warranty Department at warranty@quiksilver.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. In your e-mail, provide a photo of the Coastal Oasis II sandals, a copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, your address and your phone number.

 

2- Ship the Coastal Oasis II sandals promptly to (For US customers - 5600 Argosy Circle #100, Huntington Beach,CA 92649. For Canadian customers - shipping address will be provided) no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Include copies of the Return Authorization and original receipt with the sandals

 

3- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail. Unfortunately, returns not accompanied by the original receipt are not eligible. Quiksilver assumes no responsibility for lost shipments. Please retain your return tracking number for your reference. Quiksilver reserves the right to change this policy without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of this policy.
