Kauli was made to surf. Born in Tahiti, he grew up where life revolves around the sea and the sea revolves around life in turn (after all, Tahiti is an island). The water was his playground, making Vaast prepared to charge Teahupo’o with reckless abandon. Already on the stage as a global force, Kauli blew minds and won gold at the 2024 Paris Games. He surfs with the pure confidence of a kid who knows the ocean’s every mood and has become a standout everywhere he goes. Now, Kauli has his sets set on the WSL Championship Tour.
