i purchased a pair o akka dakkas at a surf shop in newport beach. after about a year the polarized film lifted and blistered from contact with SUNSCREEN. i called customer service and couldnt get anyone to return my call therefore i contacted them through e mail (this took persistance they dont seem to care enough to reply back within a timely manor)bottom line their comment was that the glasses have a 2 year warranty however the lenses wernt covered.
so if you intend to wear these glasses in the sunlight and need to wear sunscreen it will be a wasted investment.
i will never buy any quiksilver products again
due to their lack of quality customer service as well
