MEASURE 5" DOWN FROM NATURAL WAIST, KEEPING TAPE PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR.

HIP:
STAND WITH YOUR HEELS TOGETHER AND MEASURE 7" DOWN FROM NATUAL WAIST, KEEPING TAPE PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR.

INSEAM:
FIND A PAIR OF PANTS THAT FITS YOU WELL IN LENGTH, MEASURE SAMPLE FROM THE CROTCH SEAM TO THE HEM.
