This is a fantastic shirt for working out. It's made of a lightweight breathable fabric that keeps you cool as your body temp rises. They come in a few colours and look quite nice with the Quiksilver logo under the front neck-line, and decorative stitching on the rear left shoulder. They dry fairly quickly and are easy to clean. Worth it, and would recommend.
