My son was so excited when he saw these shorts. Light fabric. Awesome color. We ordered two sizes b/c we weren't sure of the fit. Small size was a little big at the waist, but too short. Larger size was perfect length but huge at the waist. Both sizes seemed big at the waist. Not a good fit for a kid with narrow hips. Sadly, we had to return both sizes.
