Comments about Quiksilver 1009687 Kauai Sandals:
The sandal feels light and looks great. I had a pair of sandals from Quiksilver that I really liked. This pair kind of dropped down the bar a bit for me, but I should have known the foam would start wearing away. The sandal itself is soft, but requires a breaking in before you can feel really comfortable with it. I've had it less than a month and already noticed a little bit of the foam wearing away where the ball of my feet would be. Also, expect the foam to tear if you accidentally scrape it against a hard surface (like concrete or tarmac). I have a small tear in the foam above my right toes because I accidentally scraped it against something while going up some stairs. If you can get over the foam wearing away and not being smooth, you have yourself one really comfortable sandal.
