Comments about Quiksilver 1009687 Secret Ships Patch Winder Hoodie:

I fell in love with this hoodie almost immediately. It's the softest, warmest I've ever had. I live in Michigan, where winters are almost perpetual, and I could go out with just this hoodie without resorting to my huge winter coat. Freedom! The only downside is that after it was washed (on cold and gently dried on low) the inner sleeve shrank a bit and is now shorter than the outer, orange fabric, making the orange fabric bunch at the wrists. Not a big deal, but the garment isn't perfectly comfortable like it was out of the box. Also, the orange fabric, while beautiful, pills like CRAZY. Granted, I've worn this hoodie a lot since I bought it, but pilling just a few weeks after purchase kind of equates this hoodie with Old Navy type quality. (meaning it feels cheap!) For the money, the fabric should be stellar and hold up to actually *wearing* the garment. I bought another light-weight hoodie as well, and that one started pilling even sooner. The interior is still super warm and soft, but I haz a sad over this purchase.
