I nicely fitted workout shirt.
Light, breathable.
Cut quite (flattering)well but you should size down.
It's fitted but not tight.
I'm 6'2 180 with a muscular build a Medium is perfect( I mostly wear large)
Definitely size down from what you usually wear to the gym.
