These shorts are very comfortable and provide good support. I wear them to the gym and also wear them when I run. I would definitely recommend these shorts to anyone who wants some active gear. Very sleek looking. The shorts rest right above the knee caps.

Since buying these in both colors, I have stepped up my workout and added a personal trainer and a group class. Is it coincidence or could it be the short's magical powers?
These feel so great I don't want to take them off mostly due to an attached compression liner, two side-pockets, and a nifty zippered pocket near your back spine for your keys. They feel great and the orange is a nice pop of color. And if you pair it with the Orange Deep Three sleeve-less shirt like I did you WILL be noticed while you work out.
