I purchased these pants by mail order. Upon recieving them tried them on, decided they were the right size and removed the tags. After wearing them around the house for an hour I figured out I needed one size smaller. I Immediately placed a call to customer service and explained the situation to the rep, who informed me that since I had removed the tags the prospect of a return was not good but he would look into it and email an answer. Fast forward nearly two weeks and I have since called the company at least four times for an answer only to be told that someone would get back to me. That NEVER happened. Upon calling today I am told by the rep that if I still have the removed tags I could simply return the item for an exchange, but since I don't (because the first rep told me still having the removed tags didn't matter) I am unable to exchange these pants for the correct size. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with QSD's customer service. Otherwise, nice pants but too big

My boy says to me "man are those cords?" I said "you know it." I purchased the black cords to try them out and it was worth it. Very stylish and comfortable with a loose fit. And yes they do swoosh if your legs touch...classic.
