It is very revealing, but looks great with a cream coloured bandeau top. If you are a confident woman it does look good without, but you will be showing quite a bit of skin. Length is pretty good, I am 5'10" and its long enough for me to wear with flats, although not quite long enough for heels/wedges.

Bought this at [@]--they said they "just got it in yesterday" and their supply was gone when I went back 2 days later for something else. My chest is large, but it's still too low cut for me to handle, so it's taken me awhile to find the right under attire. A cream (not white) colored bandeau works best. Nothing w/ straps b/c they compete w/ the straps on the dress. Also, it's nice & long for tall girls. I'm 5'9" & the medium is long enough for me to wear 2" wedges.
