This beautiful Fedora hat I purchased for my boyfriend as a graduation gift was smashed into a small box, so by the time it came to my door, we opened the box to find a smashed hat, form and shape ruined by the poor packaging. This product is on its way back to Quicksilver for a full reimbursement.
