Ordered this via online. 90 minutes later called the Quiksilver operator and wanted to cancel my order. The operator informed me that there is a "1 hour policy". I found the sweater I ordered at a Quiksilver Outlet near my house for 1/2 the price I bought it for online. Overall, I like the product but that 60 minute policy is ridiculous. He said the order already shipped and there is nothing he can do about it. It took 6-7 business days to get the product. Why couldnt the order have been cancelled? I have worn Quiksilver for 15+ years but I will never buy online again.
