My son in law is a diehard Raider fan. Here in Hawaii we don't have an NFL team so there are fans of all franchises. I have yet to see any other surfer wearing surfshorts with NFL logo. He recently returned from military deployment and couldn't wait to get back in the surf. He was so excited to receive these boardshorts for his first time back in the water. His wife, my daughter is one of the best bodysurfers around, but he no longer cares because he thinks he looks cooler, ha ha. Mahalo

These shorts are not close to any other diamond dobby boardshort as far as sizing goes.
I initially ordered a size 34, which is what I wear with all my other Quiksilver boardies. I couldn't fit these over my thighs! I returned them, which was a $5 shipping charge.
A few months after returning them, I see that others complained and Quiksilver customer service responded to those reviews and stated the initial production run of boardies had problems. So I called customer service and re-ordred. I was sent the EXACT same pair of shorts I returned two months earlier (identified by unique mark on tag). Big thumbs down! I had my wife return them to the local Quiksilver store, which have no pairs in stock because I'm on the east coast. So I'm done attempting to purchase a pair of these things. I'm out $5 due to shipping the first pair back.

Awesome boardshorts, perfect for me, I like the raiders and I like quiksilver. good combination. Shorts fit and feel great.. I think they are a little pricey but that's just my opinion. If they would've been a few dollars cheaper, probably would've bought two pair.. Definitely recommend this purchase
