Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy
- Quiksilver, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Quiksilver") provides refunds pursuant to the terms of this policy for products purchased under its "Quiksilver", "Quiksilver", and "DC" brands (collectively, the "Brands").
- Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 365 days.
- Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged at any Roxy/Quiksilver retail store for a full refund within 30 days (Returns may not be accepted at Authorized Dealer locations).
- Merchandise credit, at the current selling price of the product, will be issued for returns made after 30 days and up to 365 days.
- Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
- Items that are not purchased using a credit card or gift card may not be returned to a retail store. Items that were purchased using PayPal must be returned via mail.
- For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
- Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.
- Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
