Returns By Mail

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 365 days. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned via mail.

  • Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

Standard Return Shipping

  • Complete the return questionnaire on the receipt.
  • Remove the pre-addressed mailing label portion of your packslip.
  • Securely package your merchandise in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip. If you are unable to provide the packing slip, then you must include the order number, billing name and address. Returns that are not accompanied by the packing slip or order information will not be accepted.
  • Affix the pre-addressed label to the outside of your package.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid at the time of shipment. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
  • Packages should be shipped using a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please retain the return tracking number for your records until your return credit has been issued.

Oversized Items

  • Items are considered oversized if the package is heavier than 70 pounds or the package dimensions exceed 12"x12"x12".
  • Oversized items will not be eligible for Pre-Paid Return Shipping.
  • Please follow the Standard Return Shipping procedures.
