In-Stock

Most In-Stock items are shipped once they are located in the warehouse, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. If you order an In-Stock item on Monday, it will leave the warehouse no later than Wednesday.

Pre Order Items

Advanced Sale items are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. We ship them directly once they arrive in stock, and send you notification via email. Expected shipment time (for example: "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.

Backorder

Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase on our site. We ship them directly once they arrive in stock, and send you notification via email. Expected shipment time (for example: "Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.

Release Date

Release Date items are available for purchase on our site in advance of the official release date to the general public. Once the approved release date arrives, we ship them directly and send you notification via email. Expected shipment time (for example: "Release Date: Buy now for shipping on 04/08/2007") is indicated on the Product Detail page.

Please Note

  • Expected shipment times specify when the item is due to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its shipping destination.
  • Delivery times vary according to the shipping method and destination.
  • Items purchased on credit card won’t be charged until they ship. Items purchased on debit card may be billed immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
