Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy
- Quiksilver, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Quiksilver") provides refunds pursuant to the terms of this policy for products purchased under its "Quiksilver", "Roxy", and "DC" brands (collectively, the "Brands").
- Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any Quiksilver/Roxy retail store within 365 days.
- Items that are not purchased using a credit card or gift card must be returned via mail, and may not be returned to a retail store. Items that were purchased using paypal must be returned via mail.
- For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
- Returns in store without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
- Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.
- Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
- Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
- There are two return options for most items:
Prepaid Return Shipping (preferred method, available most orders)- Your receipt will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package.
- Complete the return questionnaire on the receipt.
- Cut off the mailing label portion, the entire return label must be used.
- Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please enclose the top portion of the original receipt. If you are unable to provide the receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
- Affix the pre-paid label to the package.
- Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
- No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
- Please do not reproduce the pre-paid return label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing.
- You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
- Complete the return questionnaire on the receipt.
- Cut off the pre-addressed mailing label portion of the receipt.
- Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
- Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Retain the return tracking number for your records.

- Items are considered oversized if they are heavier than 70 pounds or have dimensions larger than 12"x12"x12".
- Oversized items will not be eligible for Pre-Paid Return Shipping.
- Please follow the Standard Return Shipping procedures.
- Canada customers will not be eligible for Pre-Paid Return Shipping.

- Gift returns made via mail, are credited to the original form of payment used for the order. Gift returns made in Quiksilver/Roxy retail store locations that are accompanied by a packing slip, can be exchanged for a new purchase or a merchandise credit.
- Gift returns made via pre-paid return shipping, will be credited minus the $5.50 return shipping fee.

- Follow the instructions for returning your item by mail.
- Once your original merchandise has been returned your account will be credited on the original order.
- If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately @ 800-435-9917. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
- If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately @ 800-435-9917. - Not all products carry a manufacturer warranty.
